Conditioning Clinics 2021

​

Conditioning clinics are a summertime option to get your athlete prepared for the upcoming season both athletically and socially. This is recommended for first time athletes or athletes that want extra training before the official season starts. This allows your athlete to get physically fit, learn and perfect new skills and socially interact with a team.

​

• Conditioning clinics start Tuesday June 1st 2021

• Participant must be registered Prior with at least $100 deposit placed

• Completed Physical form must be turned in prior to participation

• Clinics are every Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-8pm

• Clinics are not mandatory, but highly recommended

• Clinics are for Football and Cheerleading

• Apparel: White or Grey T-shirt/Blue Athletic Shorts/Athletic shoes
